BBQ Duck & Hainan Chicken were soooo good! The meat was so moist & tender with just enough flavoring. Hongkong Milk Tea is also a must! This place is cash only though (or Zelle).

Very authentic Hong Kong food! Must try pork chop cutlet. They have black pepper and tomato sauce! Hong Kong French toast! Lemon Iced tea! We come here almost once a week for breakfast. Try their breakfast meal too! I feel like I'm in HK when I'm here. Service is fast too.

Tucked in the corner of the plaza but the food and experience here is so amazing. Serving many HK dishes which probably can't be found elsewhere in Houston, the menu has well over 200 items. Opted for a milk tea and a baked pork chop rice. Ambiance is very casual and waitstaff is friendly Cantonese folks. Don't get to go to Chinatown too much during daytime these days so wished they were open later so I could come for dinner. But it's fitting since they are serving cafe and mostly lighter items. Note it is cash-only.

On a whim, my friend and I decided to look for a Hong Kong place for lunch wow visiting Huston. Hong Kong Café popped up as a well reviewed establishment with authentic appearing photos of their dishes. We tried barbecue duck with rice and shrimp wonton soup. The food here brings me back to the streets of Hong Kong where you're splitting a table eating at a cafe 茶餐厅. The milk tea was on point and the wonton had decadent shrimp, the duck!! I've eaten at Kam's roast goose (one of the best in hongkonf). While this is not quite as crispy but it got the essence of roast duck/goose right, and really made me nostalgic to my pre-COVID travels. I really recommend trying their BBQs, if they got the roast duck right, I imagine the other BBQ items must be on par as well!

This place is my daily go-to choice. Definitely one of the top Chinese restaurants in Houston!!! I didn't realize how much this place meant to me until they closed for a while recently. I literally don't know how I would survive in Houston without them... The roasted duck, ham and egg sandwich, Hai Nam rice, curry chicken spaghetti... Particularly the roasted duck, which I had to eat at least two or three times a week if I were in town. This place was the only hope I had after I moved from LA to Houston one year ago...

Great noodles! I am looking forward to going back and trying some of their other dishes, as I have little doubt that they're all good. Service was quick, and the atmosphere is like that of a coffee shop or small diner. Bring cash! They don't take credit cards.

Came for breakfast with a friend. I ordered the pork and preserved egg congee with you tiao. Both were quite good, you tiao was a really nice crisp but a tiny bit on the oily side. Congee was delicious, just like how my mom used to make it. Service was fine overall. A little mom and pop shop that serves very authentic Hong Kong food.

One of the rare HK breafast spots in Houston! I loved the ABC Breakfast sets that they serve here; they're both filling and cheap! The food was good and the service was fast - great for a quick meal! The food is very authentic and affordable! I just think taste wise, it isn't as good as other hk cafes I've been to elsewhere (but relative to Houston Chinatown, I think it's a pretty good spot) It also gets pretty crowded in the morning - I was lucky to get a table, but do expect to wait if you go closer to noon!
